We aim to process and ship your poetry books and apparel as efficiently as possible.
Carrier Timelines: All delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates. During holidays or inclement weather, shipments may arrive later than expected.
Tracking: If your package contains tracking, you will receive it via the email associated with your Order Information.
International Orders: Customers outside of the United States are responsible for any customs, duties, or local taxes required to receive their package.
Address Errors: We do not process refunds for undeliverable packages resulting from customer address errors.
Please note that our poetry apparel (T-shirts and hoodies) and books are produced on a print-on-demand basis. This means they are manufactured specifically for you once you place your order.
All Sales Final: Because these items are custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please refer to the size charts provided on the product pages before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If your order arrives with a print error or physical damage, please contact us at contact@cmartinspoetry.com within 30 days with a clear photograph of the issue to request a replacement.
For any items that are not print-on-demand, our policy lasts 30 days upon the arrival of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a return or refund.
Condition: To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: We require a receipt or order number to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once a return is received and inspected (where applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@cmartinspoetry.com.
Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
Risk: If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
