Hourglass

Hourglass is the title of my second chapbook, since most poems in the book are about perception of time.

Also, Hourglass is the shape that society idealizes for a woman’s body, and some poems reference the concept of beauty.

Additionally, hourglass sounds like “our glass”, which relates to a general theme of the book about perception of self and others, as well as the title of my first chapbook “Empty your cup”.
